Big Beef Dinner: V
When James Boswell wrote the line quoted above, he was arguing that friendship is simply satisfying, while love is exhilarating. We think he actually made a good argument for roasting some beef and dining with friends, doubling down on the whole idea for good measure. To that end, we offer our annual Big Beef Dinner.
The Fifth Annual Big Beef Dinner lands on our tables Tuesday, March 31st. This modest bacchanal will feature the finest pasture-raised beef that New York State can provide, courtesy of our good friends at Fleisher’s. Reservations can be made by clicking here and the fine print for the night is below, after the menu.
